To comply with EU GDPR Data legislation effective May 2018, replacing the Data Protection Act 1998, I am compliant with the policy of transparency regarding your information.

When you contact me I may need to gather information about you and your pet to consider and process your request. I will not send this information to third parties without your written permission, nor is it used for any other purposes excepting communication with you for the purposes of the case.

If I consider working with you, I may send a questionnaire, asking for further information including further details of the problem and your contact which may include video or photos. These will be used for the purposes of the case only.

You can opt into direct marketing where indicated on the website, emails or other media, and opt out at any time. You will not be added without permission.

I never sell. lease or distribute your information to third parties and have physical, administrative and electronic procedures where possible to ensure the safety of any personal data I have about you for the purposes of the case and do retain after the case is closed. Sensitive information is carefully disposed of and the case is retained as a case study with no personal information attributed to it.

Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. A cookie in no way gives me or Squarespace access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with me.

My website is purchased from a web builder called Squarespace, I am obliged by law to inform you about any cookies they use in their sites.
